Roles available:

  • Junior Roles: These positions will be full-time and compensated in cedis. They have the potential to earn up to 100,000 USD annually.
  • Senior Roles*: These positions will be full-time and compensated in USD. They have the potential to earn up to 170,000 USD annually.

*Senior roles require a minimum of 5 years of experience or demonstrated proof of capability.

Roles

  1. Product Manager (PM): 

   - Junior PM: Focuses on assisting with product development, gathering user feedback, and implementing minor feature updates.

   - Senior PM: Oversees the entire product lifecycle, leads major projects, and makes strategic decisions on product direction.


  1. Graphic Designer:

   - Junior Graphic Designer: Works on basic design tasks such as creating marketing materials, updating website visuals, and assisting with social media graphics.

   - Senior Graphic Designer: Develops overall visual branding strategies, leads major design projects, and ensures a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.


  1. Customer Relationship Specialist:

   - Junior Customer Relationship Specialist: Handles customer inquiries, resolves minor issues, and maintains customer satisfaction through direct interactions.

   - Senior Customer Relationship Specialist: Develops and implements customer relationship strategies, handles escalated issues, and works on improving overall customer experience.


  1. Software Engineer:

   - Junior Software Engineer: Works on specific coding tasks, bug fixes, and small features. Collaborates with senior engineers and gains experience with the technology stack and codebase.

   - Senior Software Engineer: Leads major development projects, makes architectural decisions, mentors junior engineers, and ensures the codebase follows best practices and is scalable.


  1. Social Media Marketing Manager (Contract): Develops and oversees the overall social media strategy, leads major campaigns, analyzes performance metrics, and coordinates with other marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. APPLY HERE!

 

  1. Photographer:

   - Junior Photographer: Handles day-to-day photography tasks, including capturing high-quality images for marketing materials, social media, and the website. Works under the guidance of senior photographers.

   - Senior Photographer: Leads the photography team, develops visual content strategies, and ensures all images align with the brand’s vision. Manages major photography projects and collaborates with other departments to meet their visual content needs.
